The electronic contract system is a system that electronically signs contracts through electronic signatures for existing face-to-face offline contract work using public key infrastructure technology. Electronic signature is a system that allows electronic contracts to be signed with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)-based certificates to maximize reliability and convenience and simplify business processes by preventing denial of contract activities and forgery and alteration of contract contents
The contract knowledge management module used in the electronic contract system uses an editor in the proposal system to store HTML-formatted habitats in a database using Java string characters, and uses Oracle Clob fields that can store up to 4GB because the contract format generates more than 2,000 bytes. The contract is created by automatically mapping the data provided by the term system to the data field registered in the contract form. Data field mapping applies a method of automatically mapping from a Java supplet source by assigning code for each field item when creating a habitat and managing data fields in a database. Finally, in order to prevent forgery and tampering in the process of transmitting and receiving documents, electronic signatures/stamps, etc. are performed and transmitted and stored in accordance with the electronic document specification of the authorized electronic document storage
